We facilitate Mental Health First Aid and ASIST training, as well as our own new mental health awareness training, B.A.S.E.

We also have mental wellness and peer support workshops for high schools.

Upcoming Training:

Free Online Suicide Intervention Program
This project is to encourage conversations about suicide and mental health.

"Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) is a two-day, in person workshop is designed to help you learn how to prevent suicide by recognizing signs, providing a skilled intervention, and developing a safety plan to keep someone alive"

"The MHFA Canada program aims to improve mental health literacy and provide the skills and knowledge to help people better manage potential or developing mental health problems in themselves, a family member, a friend, or a colleague."
 

Support Group
B.A.S.E. training is a 2-hour, in-person workshop designed to help you learn how to support people with their mental health concerns, with a focus on increasing awareness and having conversations about mental health and related topics.
